The relationship is medicine.
At Resonance, healing happens through connection — not performance, not perfection.
In this space, you don’t have to hold it all together.
You get to be met, as you are, and practice what it’s like to be in relationship that heals — with a therapist who’s real, and eventually, with yourself.
We offer culturally responsive therapy for people of color — multiracial, monoracial, queer, and neurodivergent — who are carrying trauma, cultural dislocation, or the weight of always being the one who adapts.
At Resonance, we know culture change isn’t a project — it’s a relationship.
Leadership Coaching & Consulting
We equip leaders with the tools to navigate power, conflict, and equity with confidence — embedding psychological and relational safety into everyday leadership.
Team Trainings & Facilitation
We create engaging, research-informed spaces where teams build skills, practice new ways of connecting, and strengthen trust that lasts beyond the workshop.
Sustained Partnerships
Culture change doesn’t happen in a day. We walk alongside you over time, offering structured reflection, measurement, and strategy so your progress is visible, practical, and sustainable.

“Do you already know that your existence — who and how you are — is in and of itself a contribution to the people and place around you? … your quality of life and your survival are tied to how authentic and generous the connections are between you and the people and place you live with and in.”

“As a large state agency navigating complex systems and shifting priorities, we’ve greatly appreciated their flexibility, responsiveness, and ability to adapt to our evolving needs.
Through thoughtful training and ongoing technical assistance, they’ve supported us in building internal capacity and fostering a more resilient, responsive organizational culture.

“Amanda has a gifted ability to speak directly and honestly about challenging relational DEIB topics with care and attention that invites a great sense of relief knowing we’re really going to name “the elephants in the room” in order to sincerely address inequities.
Amanda’s deep listening and lively spirit brings an atmosphere of joy and connectivity as she guides us through developing new language and skills that improve the way we understand and interact with one another.”

“In talking to other programming providers we didn’t feel they understood our unique culture or goals as well as Resonance did. They were able to bring a unique perspective that showed both their experience and understanding of the issues we wanted to address. They also introduced us to valuable tools and solutions that no one else brought to our attention.
Working with Resonance we were able to truly customize a program of deliverables that meshed perfectly with our culture. We were able to pick and choose the types of exercises, length of the content and make sure it was inclusive for all the different groups attending.”
